Job Description
Management of respiratory patients of all ages. Ventilator care, arterial blood gas punctures, intubation, medication treatments, routine cleaning, and stocking equipment.
Requirements
- NYS Licensed Respiratory Therapist
- A.A.S. degree in Respiratory Therapy required, Bachelor of Science Degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years prior respiratory care experience as a Respiratory Therapist, 5 years preferred
- Current BLS provider certification from the American Heart Association
- Current PALS provider certification from the American Heart Association within one year of hire
- Current NRP provider certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Heart Association within 1 year of hire
- Ability to work unsupervised
