Deli Manager

Manage the deli department, including scheduling associates, training, evaluating performance, and developing merchandising plans. Control costs, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper inventory levels.

Requirements

• Knowledge of all aspects of Deli operations
• Proven skills in taking appropriate and decisive action to meet budget expectations
• 1 year minimum experience as a manager in food service
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to get along with customers, vendors, suppliers and associates, and must be able to motivate and lead others
