Join Strada's Development & Core HR department as an ABAP Lead Specialist developer, working on complex SAP solutions and collaborating with functional teams. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining SAP applications, solving technical issues, and leading integrated testing efforts.
Design, develop, and maintain complex SAP solutions using ABAP, SmartForms, SAPscripts, and workflows. Solve advanced technical issues, optimize performance, and implement enhancements. Collaborate with functional teams, lead integrated testing efforts, and ensure quality and compliance.
The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of SAP ABAP development experience, a degree in Computer Science or a related field, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be able to lead, mentor, and support team members, and have a customer-oriented mindset.
