Role Overview

Imagine shaping the future of higher education with your project management expertise focused on ERP and Student Information System (SIS) initiatives. We have an exciting upcoming opening for a strategic-thinking Project Manager ready to join our trailblazing team.

What You Will Do

Provide overall leadership for ERP/SIS projects, track and report on project budget, establish a project plan, schedule and manage SIG resources, work with clients to ensure appropriate resources are assigned to the project, and provide advisory services to support change management.

This is a remote position; qualified candidates must live and be eligible to work in the USA. Some travel is required.

Requirements

• Five+ years of project management experience within Higher Education
• Experience with SaaS implementation
• Experience managing the development and implementation of software enhancements, maintenance programs, and new releases of these products
• Exceptional written, oral communication, and critical thinking skills
• Experience in effectively communicating and reporting at the executive level
• Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet to plan and track large, complex projects
• Ability to organize and lead multiple projects for more than one client simultaneously
• Proven experience serving as a project lead and motivating teams to action
• Experience with Ellucian Banner, Colleague, or other ERP and Student Information Systems
• Ability to travel to client campuses on occasion (up to 25%)
