
Job description
As a Client Development Manager, you will drive business growth and achieve high client retention by expanding Stravito's value within client organizations. You will work closely with Customer Success, further functions, and AI to unlock the full potential of our platform, enabling clients to meet their business objectives.
Create a substantial up- and cross-sell pipeline, achieve ARR growth targets across assigned accounts, secure high client retention rates, expand Stravito's presence within client organizations, and reach exceptional levels of client satisfaction and advocacy.
You will join a dynamic and highly skilled CDM team, work fully remote, and report to our Director Client Development based in Germany. You will need to bring strategic sales/client development skills, client relationship management experience, commercial and business acumen, cross-functional collaboration skills, communication and presentation skills, adaptability and resilience, and analytical and AI empowered decision making.
