Job Description
Founded in 1996, Stream Realty Partners is a full-service commercial real estate services organization that completes billions in annual transactions. We're looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead a team of accountants and assist with full-cycle accounting for Stream Markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience
- CPA or public accounting experience preferred
- Experience leading a team of accountants in preparing timely financial statements
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Commercial real estate or multi-entity accounting experience is a plus
- Yardi or Workday accounting software experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel required
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with partners and internal/external customers
- High attention to detail and ability to work with a large amount of financial data
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
