Role Overview

Join our nationwide assessment and repair engineering division as a Structural Engineer. What You Will Do

Apply and expand your engineering skills, gain hands-on exposure across engineering and construction disciplines, and work side by side with construction teams. You'll evaluate distressed structures, design repairs, and ensure constructibility, durability, and safety in live Nuclear or industrial facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
• Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam
• Professional registration (preferred)
• 3-6 years of experience
• Solid understanding of how structures behave
• Working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis software such as SAP2000, RISA3D, or STAAD
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting/BIM software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm and curiosity for solving problems and understanding how things work
• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
• Ability to travel and work in the field, both locally and outside the local area
• Capability to enter secure facilities (e.g., Nuclear and Industrial plants)
• Strong focus on working safely in a variety of challenging environments
