STV is seeking a Land Development Civil Engineering Specialist for its Buildings group in Owings Mills, MD, to work on a wide variety of land development projects within the Baltimore Metropolitan area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 3 years of experience in civil/site design, land development, or a related field
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or successful completion of the FE exam
