Utility Inspector
2 years of experience with utility installation/inspection or construction inspection, ability to lift 50 pounds, traverse rough terrain, walk or stand for extended periods of time while performing manual tasks, and work outdoors during all types of weather
Utility Inspector
Minimum 2 years of experience with utility installation/inspection or construction inspection. Hold a valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
Construction Inspector Trainee
No prior construction inspection experience required; must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and obtain specific NCDOT certifications within 6 months

2 years of experience with utility installation/inspection or construction inspection, ability to work safely in an outside environment, and effective communication skills
Construction Inspector Trainee
No prior construction inspection experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required
Construction Inspector Trainee
High school diploma or equivalent, ability to acquire NCDOT certifications within 6 months, and basic knowledge of computer and tablet operation
Project Controls Manager
At least 10 years of experience in project controls for transportation design and construction projects, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Construction Inspector
2+ years of construction inspection experience, NCDOT certifications, and ability to work safely in an outside environment
