Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training lacrosse players of any age
• Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
• Complete and clear a criminal background check
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens
• Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training
• Ability to provide your own lacrosse training equipment for lessons
