Job Description
Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional NPD teams and execute product launches. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and be able to drive innovation and excellence in a family-owned company.
Requirements
- Responsible for overall performance of a project team
- Ensures decisions involve the appropriate people and support business and project objectives
- Manages project resources and creates and monitors budgets
- Develops and drives project schedules and coordinates activities within established timelines and budgets
- Manages project requirements, scope, product cost, and develops and drives project schedules
- Develops and executes risk management plan
- Manage and lead projects through phase-gate process
- Provide regular project updates to the Senior Management Team
