• Excellent classroom practitioner with strong knowledge of high-quality, inclusive pedagogy
• High expectations for all pupils and committed to enabling every child to succeed
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Ability to use assessment effectively to inform teaching and ensure progress
• Reflective and responsive, continually seeking to improve practice
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Positive contribution to the wider life and community of the school
