They are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, driving the technical direction and architecture of their systems. This role involves collaboration with product, design, and other teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with at least 4 years as a people manager
- Strong product development experience in building distributed systems and microservices
- Strong programming skills using Go or Python
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and a strong understanding of concurrent programming
- Superior organization, written/verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
