Senior Technical Product Manager

Sully.ai is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to own and drive the technical product roadmap for a healthcare company that enables customers to staff 30% of their workforce with AI. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS, AI, or healthtech and can translate ambiguous ideas into clear product goals and success metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager owning end-to-end delivery of complex software or AI/ML products
• Hands-on experience in SaaS, AI, or healthtech with familiarity in FHIR/HL7 integrations and HIPAA-aligned PHI handling
• Proven cross-functional execution with engineering, ML/NLP, data, design, and customer teams
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent technical field
