
Job description
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual to join our R&D Organization as a Senior Medical Director, Clinical Research (Neurology). This individual will contribute to the design and execution of clinical development plans for assigned assets and serve as the Clinical Research Lead for stem cell and additional programs within the neurology therapeutic area.
Leads and drives strategy for clinical development programs, leads multi-disciplinary teams, and provides oversight of clinical trial conduct. Provides clinical input for study set up and design, reviews and interprets study-level, site-level, and subject-level data, and contributes to the interpretation of clinical trial results.
This role requires a strong understanding of FDA, GCP, and ICH regulations and guidance, as well as experience in conducting global clinical trials in both early- and late-stage clinical development. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of organizational awareness, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and work within a multi-disciplinary team.
