Job Description
Elam Construction is looking for a Loader Operator to safely and efficiently operate a front-end loader to move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials. The position ensures material flow for production and shipping while maintaining a clean and organized yard.
Requirements
- Proficiency in operating a diverse range of large aggregate heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.
- Knowledge of welding and general mechanics preferred.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements, operational strategies, and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Deep understanding of MSHA Regulation
- High school education or GED equivalent.
