Groundskeeper

Chisholm Point is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain and improve community spaces. Duties include lawn mowing, landscaping, snow removal, maintaining vehicle equipment, treating weeds, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Groundskeepers also assist with pool maintenance and ensure a well-maintained environment. The position requires a commitment to teamwork and following safety procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months in grounds keeping experience (Preferred)
• 6 months in demonstrated grounds maintenance knowledge (Preferred)
• Ability to endure fluctuations in temperatures
• Ability to respond to business needs after normal business hours
• Ability to work on an on-call schedule
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to provide legible reports
