VP, Asset Management

The VP, Asset Management supports the strategic oversight of a portfolio of MH and/or RV assets and is responsible for driving property-level performance, long-term value creation, and the development and execution of business plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field (Required)
• 10+ years in of experience in real estate asset management, private equity, or investment management (Required)
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Proven leadership and portfolio oversight experience
• Exceptional financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments and lead cross-functional initiatives
