The Production Associate is a key support role within the Melt/Spin and Finishing Department, ensuring operational standards are met. They will learn and function in multiple positions, assist the supervisor, and provide coverage during breaks. The role involves learning production processes, assisting team members, and supporting daily goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum of 1-year previous manufacturing experience
- 1-year experience in a lead role a plus
- Adherence to safety policies and practices
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to stand for 12 hours shifts on concrete floors
- Ability to move quickly from one process to another
- Good hand/eye coordination for staple process
- High level of teamwork orientation
- Average to above average communication skills
- Pass post-off background check and drug test
