Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Basic knowledge of mathematics, mechanical systems, and production processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically capable of lifting 25–50 pounds
• Comfortable working independently
• Forklift experience preferred
