Requirements
- Conduct outbound recruitment calls using targeted donor lists
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule donor appointments
- Educate donors on donation procedures, eligibility, and program benefits
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all donor interactions
- Ensure donors are appropriately prepared for scheduled @Home appointments
- Identify and cultivate relationships with rare, specialized, and high-priority donors
- Support retention efforts by reinforcing future donation scheduling and donor follow-up
- Coordinate and readiness for @Home donation appointments
- Communicate effectively with mobile and recruitment teams
- Maintain operational awareness of supply and scheduling needs impacting @Home services
- Work closely with recruitment, donor services, and mobile teams to align outreach strategies
- Perform clerical duties, reporting, and team logistics as needed
