Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Maintenance Program, leading and directing teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company expectations. This role involves managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and performing incident investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or maintenance management
• 5-10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial setting
• Knowledge of CMMS systems, Maximo experience preferred
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints, knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
