As a Construction Contracts Manager at Sundt, you'll be responsible for negotiating terms and conditions on contracts for construction procurement for awarded projects. You'll develop, review, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, vendors, services, and suppliers from start to finish on all agreement types.
Requirements
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
- Four-year Engineering, Construction Management Degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience 5 or more years.
- lnEight Software experience highly encouraged.
- Past experience as an Engineer, Project Manager, or Estimator is desired but not required.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
