Medical Records Assistant - Skilled Nursing
ICD-10 Coding, Point Click Care, Skilled Nursing Facility Experience, Detailed orientation and basic computer skills
Infection Prevention Nurse (IP) - LVN/RN
5+ years of experience in long-term care nursing, current LVN/RN license, and certification in Infection Control from CDC
Staffing Assistant - Part Time Weekend
1-2 years of experience, AOD scheduling experience, and proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Excel
Social Services Designee
Social Services Designee Certificate, Previous experience in skilled nursing facilities, Strong communication skills
MDS Coordinator, RN
RN degree from an accredited college or university, RAC-CT certification, and 2+ years of PCC and Simple LTC experience
Respiratory Therapist
Active and valid Respiratory Therapist License, authorized to work in the United States
Health Information Manager (Medical Records) - SNF
3-5 years of experience, skilled nursing facility experience, ICD-10-CM coding skills, and PointClickCare expertise required
