Customer Solution Architect (EMEA)

Supabase is a Postgres development platform that provides a complete backend solution, including database, authentication, storage, and edge functions. They are seeking a Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to drive customer adoption, understanding requirements, and guide proof-of-value implementations. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from pre-sales discovery to customer success and account management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or similar.
• Strong background with relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Background in web application development with familiarity with Python, C#, JavaScript, React, Vue, Svelte and Node.js.
• Strong communication skills, especially of technical concepts.
• Well-organized and effective storyteller with interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management, business analysis, and revenue operations tools (HubSpot, BigQuery etc.).
• Previous experience leading customer-facing engagements.
