Hardware Validation Engineer (28998)

Supermicro is seeking a Hardware Validation Engineer to lead validation efforts for next-generation computer server platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in hardware validation, preferably in server or data center environments
• Strong understanding of computer architecture, server components, and system-level interactions
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.) for test automation
• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and thermal chambers
• Familiarity with industry standards (PCIe, DDR, NVMe, Ethernet, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
