Job Description
Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Mechanical Engineer with 5-10 years of packaging design experience to design and develop new products, respond to design changes, and confirm product reliability and production delivery dates.
Requirements
- Packaging design experience of 5-10 years
- Experience in using 3D modeling software (PTC Creo, Solidworks, AutoCAD)
- Extensive experience in packaging material certification like ISTA
