Job Description
Reliability Engineer responsible for executing and leading reliability engineering efforts in hardware platform, ensuring robust, high-quality products. Requires 5+ years of experience in hardware reliability engineering for consumer electronics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hardware reliability engineering for consumer electronics
- Proven success in designing and executing reliability testing programs end-to-end
- Expertise in mechanical stress tests, environmental reliability tests, system-level and component-level testing
- Strong failure analysis and debugging skills, with an analytical mindset
- Ability to design and implement new test protocols for innovative products
- Familiarity with industry liability standards and regulation requirements
- Experience with managing contracted testing and external lab relationships
- Independent, proactive, and collaborative working style with a let's get things done attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
