The role involves owning the full-cycle recruitment process, building and maintaining talent networks, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure alignment and best practices. The ideal candidate has proven experience in talent acquisition, expertise in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management, and a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic, fast-paced, or global environment
• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management
• Advanced sourcing expertise with the ability to proactively identify, engage, and convert passive candidates
• Proven ability to coach and influence hiring managers on best practices and strategic hiring decisions
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy
• Fluency in English
