Job Description
Sustainable Talent is partnering with Ford on the launch of a 6-square-mile EV manufacturing campus in Stanton, Tennessee. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Lead to provide onsite leadership and guidance across all recruitment areas, driving hiring for the electric vehicle sector. The role focuses on strategic leadership, sourcing, pipeline development, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (hourly, technical, and salaried).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver successful recruiting strategies.
- Skilled in sourcing techniques, both active and passive.
- Experience training and coaching hiring managers.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
