Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and prior customer service experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to perform at a high level with high volume of inbound calls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient reading skills
• Multi-tasking skills
• Experience with CRM applications preferred
• Basic PC keyboarding skills
• Basic Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Prior customer service experience preferred
