Job Description
We are seeking a C++ Developer to work on front, middle, or back office platforms for leading investment banks, with a focus on building new trade capture systems and real-time, multithreaded risk portals.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in C/C++ programming and software development, testing, requirements definition and management, and systems design
- Knowledge of programming with UNIX is essential
- Background in object-oriented design, data structures, system and application programming
- Full life cycle development experience
- Buy-side/Sell-side order management system experience is highly desired
- Experience with relational databases and multi-threaded programming, and knowledge of UNIX scripting languages is desired
- Previous consulting/investment banking experience preferred
- Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
