The School of Pharmacy & Technology Management at Shirpur Campus is seeking an Assistant Professor in Human Resources and Operations Management. The role involves contributing to both academic research and practical management experience. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Business Management / Administration and have at least two years of teaching experience.
Requirements
- Ph.D. with a minimum of 55% in Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline.
- Consistent good academic record, including First Class (or equivalent) in a relevant Masters Degree.
- 2 years of teaching experience (excluding research degree period)
- Minimum of two SCI Publications in refereed journals.
- Desirable: Teaching, research, industrial, or professional experience in a reputed organization.
- Experience in industry, including ten years of managerial work in the pharmaceutical field.
