Requirements
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding University programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career pathways.
- Educate new entrants and parents about the University, its academic offerings, facilities, and policies.
- Handle individual counselling sessions, both in person and through digital platforms.
- Coordinate with academic departments and administrative units for smooth admission and onboarding processes.
- Manage correspondence independently through emails, letters, and other official communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using ERP systems and office productivity tools.
- Assist in admission-related activities, orientation programs, and student outreach initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-up with applicants and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Support management with administrative and coordination tasks as required.
