Requirements

• Maintain leadership responsibilities of the stand when General Manager is absent.
• Direct departmental responsibilities as designated by the General Manager.
• Ensure product availability and accurate financial reporting.
• Diagnose opportunities and develop action plans.
• Develop team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Schedule restaurant staffing and maintain accurate plans.
• Train and coach kitchen and management staff.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintain kitchen standards.
