[R] General Sales Manager

The General Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all sales activities within the dealership. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry and exceptional leadership skills. The GM will focus on driving sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining team and financial performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• 3+ years experience as an automotive General Sales Manager or Sales Manager with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry and sales processes.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management systems.
