Sales Manager

The Sales Manager for a regional dealership group is responsible for overseeing all aspects of automotive sales, leading a team, and driving profitability and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing sales, inventory, customer service, and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or 5+ years in an F&I or Floor Manager role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes.
