Requirements

• Contribute to Operational Resilience Governance & Strategy
• Develop and continuously improve Swift’s Operational Resilience framework
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor resilience posture and maturity
• Report on resilience risks and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with the external community (peers, customers) on resilience topics
