Job Description
Supervision of the construction project resulting in successful project completion, including managing a field construction team and ensuring quality control.
Requirements
- Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience
- Extensive field construction experience at supervisory level (Minimum 8 years as Superintendent)
- Current Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Certification
- Working knowledge of all crafts and prior experience as foreman or journeyman in at least one trade, or project engineer
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and job scheduling, planning, expediting and cost control
- Ability in problem-solving and a strong sense of urgency
