We are looking for an energetic and experienced Field Account Executive to own the entire K-12 school sales funnel in California, signing in new accounts to use the Swing platform as their primary source for finding substitute teachers.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a territory plan to build pipeline and drive new business revenue while helping build the Swing brand in your territory.
- Lead sales meetings with school and district administrators, and lead the sales cycle from initial contact through to board approval and contract execution.
- Develop and present quarterly sales plans for your territory, and leverage consultants to help you connect with target districts.
- Conduct thoughtful research of target accounts to turn leads into deals, and identify and attend conferences where you can generate leads and generate buzz about Swing.
