Client Relationship Manager - Italian Speaker

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of customer support processes.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Finance, Business Administration, Law or a related field
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar position
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in English and Italian is required; Greek is considered an advantage (Any other EU language can be considered)
• AML and/ or CySEC certificate is an advantage but not a must
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Team-player, able to work under pressure, and problem solving skills is a must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and professional attitude
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels
