Certified Medical Assistant
High school graduate, current certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant, at least one year of experience
Licensed Practical Nurse "LPN"
High school graduate, practical nursing course, current state licensure, and BLS/IV certification
Dental Hygienist
Associate’s degree, state hygiene license, current CPR certificate, and excellent communication skills required
Dental Assistant / EDDA
High school degree, completion of accredited course in dental assisting, certification, and CPR training
Patient Access Registrar
High school graduate required, previous experience in medical office setting, and certification as Medical Office Assistant/Medical Assistant
Dentist
Must have a Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and be licensed in Louisiana, plus CPR certification
Licensed Professional Counselor/LCSW
Master's or Doctoral degree in the Mental Health Counseling Field, licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana, and one year experience required
Dental Patient Access Registrar
High school graduate, certification as Medical Office Assistant, previous experience in medical or dental office setting
Licensed Professional Counselor/LCSW
Master's or Doctoral degree in the Mental Health Counseling Field and at least 1 year of experience
Dentist
Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine, licensed in Louisiana, CPR certified
