The Cook II prepares specialty cuisine items as well as standard menu items for guest consumption, maintaining health codes and casino standards. The role requires 1 year of casual and/or fine dining cooking experience, a County of San Diego Food Handler Card, and basic cooking skills.

- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Culinary degree
