Licensed LNHA with 2+ years of experience in LTC/SNF setting, Bachelor’s Degree, and 3+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare
RN / LPN - Days & Night
3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
CNA/Certified Nurses Aide Days 7am-7pm
High school degree, Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, ability to work every other weekend
Dietary Aide
Must have a Food Handlers certificate and be able to lift 25 lbs. Excellent customer service skills required
RN / LPN - Full time and Part time
IL nursing license, weekend availability, compassionate attitude, time management skills
CNA
Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, ability to work every other weekend, and compliant with state’s Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
CNA/Certified Nurses Aide Midnights 7pm-7am
CNA certification, ability to work every other weekend, and compliance with state background check requirements
CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
Active CNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Maintenance Director Full Time
High school diploma, excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and supervisory skills
Dietary Aide
1-2 years of experience in food service or a related field, ability to stand for prolonged periods, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs
