Job description
The Data Management Specialist will manage complex data processes, ensure data quality, coordinate services across teams, and monitor performance against KPIs. This role will be responsible for performing bulk data mapping, enrichment, and cleansing activities, conducting data quality checks, and resolving issues.

The specialist will also coordinate with IT, data governance, and data management teams, track and report on KPIs and service performance, and ensure project and client compliance and support invoicing processes.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in data analysis or data operations, a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and fluent English.
