Maintenance and Engineering Manager

Role Overview

The Engineering Maintenance Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all plant operations. This role owns maintenance strategy and execution, supports capital and automation projects, and develops a high-performing team of technicians.

What You Will Do

Oversee all maintenance activities, design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures, manage CMMS, oversee spare parts inventory, and ensure 24/7 readiness of critical systems.

Requirements

• Stationary Engineer license
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of maintenance/engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Class K license preferred
