Job Description
Synergy ECP is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for a contract position in Columbia, MD. The company is a leading cybersecurity firm specializing in software and systems engineering services to the US intelligence and defense communities. The role focuses on supporting the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, including network infrastructure, operating systems, and compliance with security protocols.
Requirements
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
- Configure and manage UNIX, Linux and Windows operating systems
- Provide configuration management, implementation, and sustainment of compliance with applicable system security controls
- Implement IAVA security patches
- Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers
- Support the ISO and coordination of milestone completion
- Ensure IT Assets remain compliant with Identity & Access Control Management (ICAM) policy
- Provide Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification and resolution of problems
