Job Description
Synthflow AI is a no-code platform for deploying voice AI agents that automate phone calls across contact center operations and business process outsourcing (BPO) at scale. As AI Delivery Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Voice AI programs and ensure customers hit measurable outcomes on time and on budget.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in technical implementation, deployment management, or technical project management for B2B SaaS or IT Consulting
- Enterprise customers: You've worked with Fortune 500 or mid-market companies with complex requirements
- Technical fluency: You understand how APIs, Databases, LLMs work and can speak comfortably with engineers
- Project management: You've shipped 10+ implementations from kickoff to launch
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects: Multiple concurrent Projects without dropping balls
