Development Team Lead (C#)

At System C, we build technology that connects and transforms health and care outcomes. We are looking for a Development Team Lead to lead a finance-focused engineering team working on Controcc, a core product supporting our market-leading case management systems for Local Government.

Requirements

• Strong technical grounding in.NET (Framework and Core), C #, and MS SQL Server. Experience using React and Azure would be desirable.
• Experience operating as a senior developer or equivalent, with clear examples of technical leadership.
• Confidence leading delivery and coordinating across disciplines.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain priorities, risks, and decisions clearly.
• A coaching mindset, with experience giving feedback and supporting others through change.
• Comfort working in evolving, fast-paced environments where ambiguity is part of the role.
