Job Description
We are seeking an Electronics Technician I (ET I) to work at our site at Melrose Air Force Range near Clovis, NM. The ET I will perform simple or routine tasks following detailed instructions, replacing components, wiring circuits, repairing simple electronic equipment, and taking test readings using common instruments. Work is checked frequently for accuracy.
Requirements
- Associates degree in electronics field or certificate of completion from an accredited Technical school, or equivalent military technical training
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in an electronics tech position (preferably with DoD range systems)
- Must be able to read and write English
- Ability to understand the basic operation of a Windows-based PC, and be able to document maintenance actions
